Andres the manager was awesome!! He was extremely helpful and wanting to please the customer. He went above and beyond.Michelle in the delivery department was also very helpful and pleasant.

We always get more than what we went for and, leave programming to come back soon before the sale it's over. Great variety in size, opcions, colors. The show rooms provide ample possibilities. We come with one idea and, our mind it's just open up to a new level of inspiration.

So a lot of people, including my mother, do not like IKEA but I think it's good for some pieces. Even though the IKEA location isn't crazy close to my house, it is still doable and easy to go to during the week. I would not dare go on the weekend when it's packed. There are definitely some pieces that I would not buy from IKEA but I can say that I currently have/use four of their bookcases and they are great! I gave my parents (ironic, I know) some dressers with windows on the front to avoid moving with them but the idea was to eventually get LED lights in their like the picture had. I also used to have their TV system and I swear by it! It was great for storage. I gave it to my aunt and uncle, also avoiding moving across the country with it. They had LED lights installed in them and were great.
